Plot: A group of young pirates come from space to Earth to obtain the "Greatest Treasure in the Universe" (宇宙最大のお宝 Uchū Saidai no Otakara?), which can only be acquired after obtaining the "Greater Powers" of the different 34 Super Sentai Teams. However, they end up facing the Space Empire Zangyack, whose earlier invasion forces were wiped out by the 34 Sentai groups long ago before a new invasion force is established under Commander Warz Gill, the emperor's son. As a result, due to their history with the empire, the space pirates use the powers of the older teams and attempt to master their powers to fight the Zangyack forces as the Gokaigers.
Characters/Cast:
Captain Marvelous/Gokai Red (キャプテン・マーベラス／ゴーカイレッド Kyaputen Māberasu/Gōkai Reddo?)The brash and cocky captain of the Gokai Galleon and team leader.
Joe Gibken/Gokai Blue (ジョー・ギブケン／ゴーカイブルー Jō Gibuken/Gōkai Burū?) The calm and serious, but loyal first mate.
Luka Millfy/Gokai Yellow (ルカ・ミルフィ／ゴーカイイエロー Ruka Mirufi/Gōkai Ierō?) A greedy, tomboyish girl and the ship's lookout.
Don Dogoier/Gokai Green (ドン･ドッゴイヤー／ゴーカイグリーン Don Dogoiyā/Gōkai Gurīn?)The ship's often-timid mechanic and cook. He is usually referred to as Doc (博士 Hakase?).
Ahim de Famille/Gokai Pink (アイム・ド・ファミーユ／ゴーカイピンク Aimu do Famīyu/Gōkai Pinku?) A polite but strong-willed princess of another world and thus new to piracy.
Gai Ikari/Gokai Silver (伊狩 鎧／ゴーカイシルバー Ikari Gai/Gōkai Shirubā?)The sixth member, who is the only Earthling and a Super Sentai fanboy.
